I would say it had a large boom that lasted for about 15 seconds. rumble. Louder than most thunder. It took the boom about 45 sec or more to happen after I seen the meteror.

At the end it exploded into many pieces. A bright flash then it bursted. Kinda like a firework does. No sound that I could hear for the explosion.
