Observer
NameMike H
Experience Level3/5
RemarksBlown away its the first I've seen that was so bright and fairly close. I've seen many but never heard a thud. Oddly no trail which you'd expect in such cold weather and I've seen plenty with trails. I've seen red colours and even green but this one was like a star literally fell out the sky and land.

RemarksI heard it land for sure i heard a thud. If you take the mobile phone end of the charging lead and hit carpet with a moderate force it is very similar to that. I'm on a slight elevation looking down into a floodplain so sound travels for miles.
