Remarks | the fireball occurred between orion and the pleiades, streaking down into eridanus; a neon turquoise-ish line flared into existence, growing in brightness, and an even brighter flash shortly followed, casting faint light on the clouds. the meteor then continued on a short distance before completely fading out. the whole thing was done in a little over a second. |

Remarks | the flash was the same color as the trail, a light bluish-green, and it flared in and out over about 1/5 of a second. the trail was bright enough to immediately grab my eye through averted vision, but the flash was maybe two to three times brighter than the trail. |
