Remarks | We were southbound, driving to work. I've never seen one that "low" and "close" before. It was stunning! I had just called our son when it crossed the sky in front of us so we knew the exact time. Location was just north of Walnut Grove, MO. It was still so big and "low" I hope it didn't hit anyone's buildings or livestock. It is so dry here right now, I hope it didn't cause a fire. As large as it was and as "low" as it was when we saw it, I assume it still had mass when it contacted. I would love to know more about this, please contact me with information regarding this object. What an exciting morning! |
