RemarksThis was by far the biggest "shooting star" I have ever seen. I usually see them far higher in the sky and much smaller in size. This was very bright white and large. It had a trail of white light that was quite robust in size, fast and ended at the horizon (fully intact when it disappearedbehind the houses I was looking over). My friend was standing near me at the time, facing South and I vocalized because it caught me off guard. By the time she turned, it was gone. If it was a meteor, I do wonder if it actually hit earth...
