It was surprising to see and so bright neon blue/green in color. It happened so fast and disappeared almost as fast as it came into view.

It appeared whole as it crossed my line of sight although it looked messy. The best analogy I have is when you drop a seltzer into a glass of water and watch it sink to the bottom. You see the fizz moving around the whole of the tablet as it falls.
