Remarks | Viewed the fireball from a moving car at twilight. The weather was partly cloudy. The fireball flared, faded, and flared again before going out of sight behind trees. Magnitude and color were difficult to judge against a partly-lit sky, was definitely brighter than Venus, may have been slightly green. The fade may have been the meteor passing behind a streak of cloud. |
