Remarks | I had originally been looking to the southeast, but its sudden flash of brightness immediately drew my attention to it towards the southwest. It was so bright I thought a huge helicopter spotlight was suddenly shining right towards me, but I’m currently staying on an observatory, so nothing so much as a white flashlight or cellphone light is even permitted outside. It felt like it had lit up that entire half of the sky! |
