Remarks | It was so late at night it couldn’t really be anything else except something burning up in the atmosphere. It was like a bright white firework going across the sky. There was no accompanying noise which made me think it was a meteor rather than some random firework which had been set off so late at night and came in at a more level angle rather than downwards. I was sat in the chair in my lounge downstairs with the patio door to my right, three feet away from me, with my curtains fully open and just happened to glance up and saw it briefly. It was about ten degrees below the level of the moon and was as bright or even more so than the moon. |
