RemarksI happen to be looking upwards and then I saw a bright light streak overhead really high up. It had a fading line of light yellow behind it but I clearly saw a line of light coming off it for a brief moment. Very bright but far away. It seemed to just be touching along the atmosphere or burned up quickly because it didn't travel the whole length of the sky above me. It seemed ahead of me when it first appeared (I saw it start it's burn ahead and above me, not from behind or directly above) but in terms of length it could be categorised as only about 4 inches in the night sky. Very bright point of origin but a tiny bit less bright in it's after tail. Very very fast. Maybe a second and a half from start to finish but very clear. Not strong enough to illuminate the ground and not very big but very bright
