Remarks | If helpful, we were facing a tall mountain to the East of our home/patio (directions were identified earlier in the form). Not sure of the mountain's name unfortunately, but it's the largest one on the horizon in that direction. The small moon appeared to move very quickly in the Eastern sky from East to South, about 3-4 seconds. The small moon vanished almost directly above the typical flight pattern of San Diego Int'l Airport arrivals, after the planes come around the mountain and head to the airport. |

Remarks | We saw what looked like a shadow trail streaming behind what appeared to be a small moon disappearing quickly on the horizon. There was no trail after the small moon disappeared, it just seemed vanish. |
