Remarks | I first saw a bright light/flash just above where I was looking. Because I wasn’t looking right at it, I should say that the “flash” may just have been a sudden appearance of light. I looked up to about 25 degrees from the horizon and saw a vertical teardrop shape descend, made of white light. The head stopped just above the horizon, and the teardrop shape disintegrated with a “burning out sparkler” effect from tail to head. Three seconds at most, and no sound. |

Remarks | Long teardrop shape moved straight down to northern horizon. The head stopped just above the horizon and the teardrop shape disintegrated, from tail to head, with a sparkling effect. Perhaps a bit of orange sparks. |
