Was looking out an upstairs easterly window watching the dim second stage of SpaceX Crew3 rocket passing by from south to north when this caught our eye going straight down. It started very dim and white and grew brighter and color changed bright green briefly before dimming quickly and disappearing behind our neighbors house across the street
