Observer Name kim L Experience Level 1/5 Remarks I live in a rural area. I was taking my dog out. Happened very quickly. Almost looked like a half shaped ball with a tail. No sounds. Not sure if my dog saw it, he had stopped as well.I have never seen anything like this before.
