It had an almost green tail and the head/bulb portion was pointed like a bright star. I had time to think it looked like a strange firework but intrinsically knew it was much too far away for that. Maybe I'm a noob but there was a moment of terror when it suddenly dimmed out, I even moved to cover my ears but then nothing happened. I stayed outside for a few more minutes and saw no other unusual activity in the sky. And you best believe I made a wish! :) :) :)

The light flew at an arc and the bulb/star shone bright and grew bigger then dimmed out. I thought it was going to make a gigantic boom but I did not hear anything.
