Remarks
I was looking east and I could see a sudden bright ball of light to my left (North) and it made that side of the sky very bright. I looked over and saw a big circle of white light (covered a big portion of the north sky). Then it reduced to a white ball and then it faded. Afterwards it left a glowing trail of red that slowly faded.
