RemarksThe most striking meteor I’ve ever seen. Driving east on NY route 145. It appeared near the top of the windshield, heading in the direction we were driving. It rapidly increased in luminescence and changed from white to yellow to green. It appeared to grow brighter and stayed green until it burned out, disappearing with a small blip. It was visible for 3.5 seconds. Stunning.
