Remarks | I was walking the dog, down boothby towards highland ave. I tilted my head slightly to my right as I saw what appeared to be a teardrop of flame in oranges, yellow with some white . It was at an angle towards Portland it lasted a 1-2 seconds. No noise. No red (distress flame). It appeared to have been going west/inland. It disappeared a far distance above the skyline, but it was close enough that it appeared to be a teardrop ball of flame |
