RemarksMeteor disappeared at the tree line. I was looking at Saturn and Jupiter with the naked eye when the meteor caught my attention several degrees to the left. After it passed behind the trees I continued looking but noticed no flash. As I waited I also noted clouds up to about 15 degrees above the horizon, so the meteor was apparently shining through the clouds.
