I just happened to step out side to smoke a cigarette and was in the right place at the right time. I wish it was a little warmer because I really wanted to walk around a little bit to see if I could find any sight of it .I know it's hard to tell but it seemed like it dropped down maybe a block or so from where I lived. I wish I could know for sure , but the whole incident only lasted a second or two.

Remarks
It went from what seemed like a pretty straight line coming down at an angle of a narrower green streak maybe a little blue hint to it . Then it looked like it flared out and fragmented up. Or broke apart. I didn't really see any separate pieces of it but the green streak coming down got about 2-3 times bigger and it looked like it was turning a darker green. It reminded you of a firework falling from the sky as it came to the ground as far as the trees would let me see burning up in a flash or puff
Fragmentation
Observation
Yes
Remarks
It went from a smaller green streak to a larger darker green flash a flared out as it headed towards the ground burning up
