RemarksIt looked like a shooting star that was about to hit my windshield. And at about half way down my suv windshield vision and about at a bit above the tree tops it fizzled out. It had a bright trail of debris then poofed out at just above eyelevel. It was very dark sky otherwise. It appeared in my line of sight at the top of my windshield at a bit of an angle but looked like it was going to land on us if it hadn't fizzled out.
