RemarksI saw this and was very moved by it. I watched the sky for a few minutes after to see if there was anymore activity like maybe it was fireworks, but it was very cold out and a nothing special Tuesday night. I have watched news sights to see if it was reported. Time of 9:20 is approximate but within 5 minutes either way I believe.
