RemarksI was watching T.V. with a picture window behind it in a dark room and it was just above my line of vision in the South sky. It was definitely different than a shooting star as it was colored and had a green red ball to it and seemed to meet the horizon when it came down. I was surprised but I know what I saw. We live in rural Jackson County just outside of Maquoketa. It was a very bright moon last night too.
