There were many witnesses with me at this sighting as it was a birthday party. Easily the most spectacular meteor I have ever seen! Once in a lifetime I'm sure.

I saw the object split into at least three seperate glowing pieces before they all disappeared in a significantly brighter final flash. No color change though.
