My friend saw a second meteorite moments after i saw the one i described. I didn't see the one he saw. He didn't see the one i saw. The time i noted is estimated based on the radio program that was on when i stepped inside.

The meteorite dropped below the horizon and a fraction of a second later a flash radiated in the opposite direction it was traveling. The horizon is very close (maybe 2km) to where i was standing.
