Remarks | I was driving south on highway 97 so it was hard to pinpoint my exact location, but the sighting was clear and so magnificent!!!! This highway is not lighted and the area is very remote, so the sky was clear. After sighting this my mouth was agape for about 20 minutes. I had a podcast on (thus, I can't tell you if there were any associated sounds) and turned it off after the sighting, turned on the radio and happened to have the wonderful pleasure of hearing Beethoven's 9th in its entirety. What an amazing way to savor the experience of the sighting. I would love to know if others saw this fireball! |
