RemarksI found some of the questions about brightness and angles difficult to gauge as the event was very brief and I was out running at the time (by that point walking, and panting heavily!).

RemarksSo after the initial burn there was a trail of burning debris that lasted maybe a second or so. It was very akin to the images of the unfortunate space shuttle Columbia when she re-entered, with several small burning chunks trailing behind the main portion.
Terminal flash
ObservationYes
RemarksSo after the initial burn had died and just as the trailing debris was starting to disappear, there was a second quick flash further down range, like a light blinking once, as if the main chunk had reignited briefly.
Fragmentation
ObservationYes
RemarksAfter the inital burn there was maybe a second or two of additional burning debris trailing behind that gradually died away. It was composed of smaller chunks, breaking apart.
