RemarksThe map is wrong. I live on Beech St in Kenova, WV. The Ohio river is directly across the street from me. The explosion of light was somewhere across the river on the Ohio side, right above the horizon line. This was not lightning.

RemarksWe didn't see the actual fire ball, we saw the flash. It was like a very bright light, like lightning, but it was almost as if it came up from the horizon in a half moon shape, the rounded dome upward.
