RemarksThe sky was super clear. The moon was about a foot (from my perspective) above.Right before I saw it, my eyes were drawn to the moon and one single star that was about an inch (from my perspective) away from the moon. I pointed it out to my kids and husband asking, "is that a real star? It is so bright and looks to be dancing (varying brightness, flickering) or is that some kind of plane?"As we were watching that star, this shooting star appeared (much lower in the sky from where the moon was, but still about halfway up). Coupled with the moon and star, I thought the whole thing was staged. The star near the moon was still there after. I recall shrugging thinking it must not be a plane, it's staying in place.

RemarksI thought it was fake it was so perfect. I saw (what I now know was the fireball) a firework-looking ball increase in size as it passed, complete with star-shape, fizzled or sprinkled lighting behind the main ball (as if the firework exploded), and a tail of glow. There was light smoke on and right behind the glowing tail.I honestly thought the Polar Express Train lit a firework for those of us in line because it was picture perfect.
