Remarks | Saw a very similar meteor 2-3 weeks ago. Same color, intensity, starting point in the sky, and falling direction. Great to see this one tonight. I'm quite sure someone captured it on film as it passed so close to Jupiter/Saturn and there are a lot of people watching those two planets tonight. |

Remarks | White, and unchanging color. Glowing for about two seconds as the meteor fell towards the horizon. |

Remarks | Like a falling lightbulb. Phenomenal, starting between Mars and the moon, it fell and passed very close and just to the right of Jupiter/Saturn. A few fragments came off, and it glowed brightly for a split second, like a lightbulb when it goes out, the went out. |
