Remarks | The time is approximate. I was driving in my car north on US rt 9 at the stated location when it appeared in the sky ahead of me. I glanced at the time, but I can't remember it exactly and the couch in my car is wrong anyways. It was very bright, and I'm not sure I understand your brightness scale well enough to have answered that question properly. |
