RemarksThe fireball was ridiculously close! It passed through my neighbors tree and then behind trees directly behind my yard before disappearing behind the roof of the Grove shopping center. It looked like it was going to hit the roof of the shopping center. My husband and i were having dinner on our patio ( socially distanced )with our friends, one of whom is an astronomer buff and who had pointed out jupiter, saturn and mars for us earlier in the evening. He confirmed it was a meteor said it was a Taurid meteor shower. I am astonished at how close it was. Breathtaking.
